  • vincentvangogh-: Portrait of Armand Roulin (1888) - Vincent van Gogh. My eyes lit up when I saw this painting and as I was saving it into my art reference folder (for inspiration when I have time to paint) I was surprised to see it was created by Vincent van Gogh! Not that I had ever really studied him, but I’d never seen this painting before. It’s such a pleasant surprise to find a piece that’s new to you by an artist whose more famous work is well saturated all over.
