Erika made this and then fucking GAVE IT TO ME. NOT KIDDING, THIS IS A REAL THING THAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED
Happy birthday, Brendan!

Cricket Quills, a local dancer and painter, was the inspiration, though this is more “based on” rather than a super accurate portrait /:)
Progress shots of this painting coming together are over on my blog!

Posters Back In Stock! November 2011, I’ve printed up 50 more copies of this luxuriously naughty poster.
Over the course of four days, depraved cartoonists Lucy Knisley (French Milk) and Erika Moen (DAR!) drew a pornscape on a giant (41″ × 26″) piece of watercolor paper.
The goal was to depict every sexual act they could imagine (minus pooping and vomiting, though no disrespect is intended. They just didn’t wanna draw that). They started at opposite corners and would draw until ready to switch places. When it came time to ink, they fill up an entire section, regardless of whose pencil lines they were going over. Their styles meshed naturally and the result is a seamless sea of happy people gettin’ it on.
NOTE: Watermark DOES NOT appear on actual poster.

Aah! Finally finished! First project of many that’s finally been seen to the end. Goodness. Character belongs to Our! Go check out her rad art. I’ll be posting the process in two parts because I’m a nerd and I like tracking what I do to get to the end of a piece, and this one went through a few changes from the sketch, which is over here.
Man you guys, Christianne is so rad. I wish she were my surly older sister. But as a close second, I enjoy following her Tumblr.
