Thanks to the orders and donations I received yesterday afternoon through evening, I’ve been “hired” to do another page of Dicebox to go up on Sunday (not sure when on Sunday, mind) Then the regularly scheduled page on Tuesday. And if this keeps up, I’ll be putting a third up Thursday/Friday.

I also want to express my greatest thanks to all those who have spread the word about this sales drive—90 more books worth of stuff and I can breath again. Original post: Make me do more Dicebox pages per week plus get free shipping.

Above is a sketch I did in one of the books I’ll be sending out today. And though I’ve been expressing my goal and amount achieved in books, there’s still about 15 books with a free sketch left.

You guys want a copy of this book, trust me. You can even read it for free online first and then when your socks are properly knocked off, go get yourself a copy with a sketch by the creator!

I’m back from representing Sock Dreams at the 2013 Emerald City Comicon! What a wild, busy weekend it was! With other 70k people packed tightly into the Seattle Convention Center, there was always someone new to bump into (quite literally at times!). We were pleasantly surprised to discover that Echo Chernik, the talented lady who designed our logo, was also at ECCC! Check her out modelling our Dreamer and Seattle knee highs above.

Our giveaway with Periscope Studio was a roaring success, with our three winners (above, bottom row) scrambling to get their photos taken with Periscope’s talented writers and artists. Congratulations, guys! If you’re curious about what we gave away, here’s a list with links:

Oh man, I bought SO many socks at the Sock Dreams booth this year and I’m delighted to have donated my books for their give away! GOOD TIMES ALL AROUND.

Oh dang, thanks to Kenzie for pointing this out to me! I’m very flattered to be included as a queer comic artist to check out :) Sometimes I’m sad about how much biphobia I’ve encountered from the queer community for falling in love with my partner, but I maintain hope that someday these people who are lashing out with intolerance will remember that there’s room in the acronym for those of us who are not monosexual. The B in LGBT doesn’t stand for Bacon ;)
