I posted up some life drawr’ins from last night over on my blog.

Europe: Part Six (My English Family)
The best part about visiting England is spending time with my wonderful in-laws. Matt has the most loving, accepting, multi-national family anybody could ever hope to have— they made me feel like a member of the clan well before we even started talking about marriage. I love them like my own flesh and blood and feel just as loved and embraced by them in return.

(EDIT, woops! That wasn’t supposed to post the entire thing! Sorry for clogging up people’s dashboards)
Advice: How to be a Life Model
I wrote a thing about how to be a life model and how to treat your life model!
Today Matthew and I received the tiniest package from one of my favorite artists and good friends Lucy Knisley! She is one of my most favorite people and I love her to pieces. If you are not familiar with her work, I really, really encourage you to check it out.
Matthew documented the process of opening up her present.

Thank you so much, Lucy!! You are the best, forever.

I will totally have the complete 21-page first chapter of Bucko for sale at this weekend’s Emerald City Comic Con in Seattle. Mo’ Info.
Also, totes NSFW, but I was super honored to be today’s guest artist over at Curvy to help celebrate the creator’s tenth year being a webcartoonist! Curvy is a truly delightful, sexy comic that I enjoy the hell out of and Sylvan is a Grade A swell guy. If you like really sweet porn comics, then I would wager a bet you will enjoy his work. If you do not like that kinda smut… w-why are you even here? Are you lost? It’s okay, sweetie, we all take a wrong turn on the internet sometimes. No more tears, honey, no more tears.
EDIT: Leia Weathington is officially our Most Favorite Reader for sending us this:
Don’t you even think about making fun of Leia’s backwards spelling, it’s been a life long struggle for her, poor dear. In addition to being a delightful lady full of class and charm, she also writes a wildly entertaining blog that I personally guarantee you will love.
Did you guys know that Parker and I will both be attending Seattle’s Emerald City Comic Con from March 4-6th?
No?
Hey guys, Parker and I will be attending Seattle’s Emerald City Comic Con from March 4-6th.
I’ll be exhibiting at booth 208 with my brother from another mother and fellow studiomate, Dylan Meconis, along with my usual books, prints, original art and even a few Sexy Times posters.
In fact, if you want to meet more of my colleagues from Periscope Studio, they’re going to have their own little table-island called booth 122.
ECCC is one of my fav cons and I hope to see you there!

EDIT: If you see an ad with a really politically awful woman on it, we are working on removing it! We just… don’t really know how to do that yet. But we are going to figure it out! It DOES NOT reflect our political beliefs at all.
You guys are probably all, “Man, surely Parker and Erika have had as many interviews as is decent in polite society and the talking-about-themselves madness has finally, finally, been put to rest”
Friends? Friends. You are wrong. So wrong, in fact, that we have taken the typical interview one step further by having so much to say that it actually had to be cut in half and posted as two separate interviews.
Yes. That is correct. The always delightful and favorite-of-the-Studio Christian Lipski sat down with us and conducted the mother of all interviews which can be read on The Examiner in parts one and parts two. Bless this man for the hours it must have taken to transcribe our hour long conversation. Hats off to you, sir.
Well dang, Parker and I got to do a little talking with Tim last week and the interview is already up on Robot 6! Read about how I may or may not be the Fergie of Periscope Studio and the truth behind Parker’s long-held jealousy of the fact that I’ve signed twice as many chests as he has. Truth.
Oh shiiiiiit and just today we have a brand new interview up on Comics Should Be Good with swell dude Greg Burgas! This one was actually conducted over Skype with Parker and I sitting next to each other and poor Greg had to go through and transcribe the whole flippin’ thing from the hour long recording we left him with (as opposed to our typical method of writing our answers individually to an email interview).
So if you wanna see an honest record of how we actually talk with each other, there is your ticket!
